We have full-time vacancies for senior TCWs in our homes near Ripley and Heanor, Derbyshire. 

We are looking for aspiring leaders with at least two years experience of residential childcare and working alongside young people. 

Candidates must have or be working towards their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce. 

You will receive a comprehensive trauma-informed training package, clinical supervision, a competitive salary and promising career opportunities in our expanding company.

The role offers a comprehensive training package and career progression. You will be trained and supported to offer day to day care, working within a therapeutic model of care, making a difference to children and young people everyday. 

We have a number of full-time and sessional jobs for our homes near Ripley and Heanor, Derbyshire. 

Our sessional/bank roles are particularly suitable for social work, nursing or psychology students wanting to gain relevant experience.
